The Problem:

As a leading provider of global communication solutions, Mitel produces and distributes a variety of corporate communication and marketing materials to their wide-ranging client base. With a network of over 1,500 value-added resellers and partners worldwide, Mitel was continuously faced with the challenge of efficiently managing their marketing materials in an organized and cost effective manner. Their previous system of bulk printing, storage, and distribution of materials was difficult to control, and resulted in inventory obsolescence. Mitel was searching for a solution that would reduce the expenditure associated with this process, and better manage their corporate marketing collateral, while ensuring brand consistency.

The Solution:

Mitel chose to implement the Custom version of the OmniConnex product to address their needs. They are currently providing a wide variety of marketing collateral to their internal and VAR-based sales channels through a single web portal with worldwide fulfillment. Products include warehouseable items, static and variable print-on-demand products, enabling their sales channels to customize their products with personal information.
