Implementation Methodology

The OmniConnex implementation process is based upon a partnership formed between OmniConnex personnel and our clients to develop a unified team, mutually responsible for the delivery of the overall project. This collaboration helps ensure success at all stages of implementation, including the transfer of knowledge between OmniConnex and client personnel, which is imperative for the effective ongoing management of the system.

The process used to implement OmniConnex is based on an industry standard rapid application development methodology consisting of four key phases:
