Detailed Marketing Literature

As part of the initial set-up, we complete a “Master Literature” template designed to capture the specific details of each item.

  • Designate literature to user specific catalog(s). e.g. sales reps, health care professionals, pharmacists, clinics etc.
  • Display detailed information on each listed item
  • Limit and control ordering quantities on specific items
  • Help users to select quantity relative to pre-packaged unit quantity
  • Monitor and control pre-selected low inventory levels
  • Monitor and control PAAB literature and DIN/Lot # expiry dates
  • Provide clinical reprint access and copyright control
  • Provide library of pdf files for end user access and local printing

Detailed and Current User Information

In addition to the stored literature, detailed information on each selected user is captured; this data is then used to:

  • Create a unique ID & Password for each user
  • Select and display catalog(s) specific to designated user
  • Select and display user’s preferred language
  • Allocate and monitor user activity to specific cost centre or department
  • Create a user shipping address book
  • Create customized print-on-demand applications

Warehouse Management

The warehouse facilities and experienced staff conform to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while following Health Canada’s Establishment License and client 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) requirements.

In addition to the storage of client literature, we provide a secure and controlled environment for medical devices and offer other pharma related warehousing services including:

  • Cycle mailings and distributions
  • Controlled inventory obsolescence
  • Inventory destruction and certification
  • Print-on-Demand that will reduce warehousing costs and product obsolescence
